Job Title: Estimator/ Trainee

Reporting To: General Manager

 Location: Riverside House, Dukinfield

Job Specification

To coordinate, administrate, and communicate with the Contract Sales Team to produce and send out Quotes and drawing to clients.

Job Duties           

• Manage and organise email & hard Copy enquiries for quoting height safety elements of contracts from client enquiries. Using Highwire Ltd CRM System.
• To visit client sites and communicate with others to carry out surveys.
• To collate all information to produce a quote in accordance with client requirements
• To produce CAD Drawings of height safety systems for project.
• Ensure all quotes and information are recorded and updated on CRM
• To communicate with Contract Sales Team.
• To provide good customer service & Communication to all clients
• Provide support for other departments when required.
• Co-ordinate activities to achieve agreed goals and exceed targets.
• Deal with all customer queries and complaints

Job Title: Safety Technician Operative

Reporting To: Inspection/Contracts Manager

 Location: Riverside Dukinfield, Manchester

Job Specification

This is a Field based role. To Inspect, Maintain, and Repair the height safety cable systems & height safety products at various site across the country. A clean Driving license is essential for this role.

 Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• To attend client sites to carry out inline with Company procedure, and manufacturers recommendations, the inspection and maintenance of height safety systems & products.
• To complete site audit reports and complete site check sheets
• To communicate & feedback information to Inspection Manager
• Cross sell products and services to existing customers
• Provide support for other departments when required
• Upload all correspondence and audit reports to members of the Administration Team
• Deal with all customer communications
