Apologies BT Service interuption.

Share

Apologies to all that have tried to contact us by phone this week.

BT have damaged a cable during telegraph pole maintenance, which has left our local area without service and have yet to repair this damage. Despite many hours  spent contacting them over this issue.

This has also caused an issue with our mobile signal boosters,  so we have been unable to divert all calls.

We hope that BT will finally resolve this issue tomorrow.

Can anyone trying to contact us by phone please email enquiries@highwire.info and if the matter cannot be resolved by email the relevant member of staff will call them direct.

Progress updates will be issued via this site and twitter @highwireheights.

Thank you for your continued patience, we are looking forward to normality next week.
